Kwande Peak Climbing
Overview
Kwande Peak Climbing is also known as Kwangde RI. The Kwangde peak is situated at the Khumbu region with the altitude of about 6011m above sea level. This is one of the difficult mountains to climb. But the view that we can enjoy from here is incomparable. The impressive view of surrounding is the main attraction of this Kwande RI Peak Climbing in Nepal. The trekking to these peak starts with the rising to the south-west from the Namche Bazaar above the Bhote Koshi River. Due to its toughness during the climb, many few trekkers and climbers used to trek or climb this peak. Kwande peak can be regarded as the part of Rolwaling Himal. This peak is technically challenged peak of the Everest region of Nepal. While climbing at this peak, we urge every climber to gain some technical knowledge or training to climb the mountains. But those who have good experience in climbing at the giant mountains will easily climb these mountains viewing and experiencing the most panoramic view of the region.
The trekking o these regions begin from Kathmandu with the flight over to Lukla and then the continuous trekking through the main trail of Everest base camp. The path will follow Bhote Koshi River at a different part of the trekking. The trek will go through the beautiful landscapes of Lumding, Kwangde Ri and will return back through the path of Dingboche, Tengboche and to Namche Bazaar and back to Kathmandu from Lukla. World Sight Journey will organize the program of trekking to this region in September to December and February to May.
Details Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival to Kathmandu
Upon your arrival at Kathmandu at TIA, a representative of World Sight Journey will warmly welcome you to Nepal. She/he will guide you towards the hotel room of Nepal. The day can be either rest day or some sightseeing day of Kathmandu. The night will be at the hotel by discussing the tour and enjoying the delicious dinner.
Day 02: Kathmandu to Lukla and trek to Phakding
Early morning, we will catch the flight to Lukla from Kathmandu. Throughout the flight, we will enjoy the view of great ranges of the mountain through the flight. The view of snow capped mountains from the top will obviously interesting. After landing at Lukla, we will move towards the Phakding following the main trail. The trekking goes for about 3 to 4 hours.
Day 03: Phakding to Lumding Kharka
From Phakding, we will continue our journey to the beautiful trail of Lumding valley. The trekking to this region will be interesting as we will view the panoramic view of valleys and meadows during the trek. We will cross the Dudh Koshi for several times to reach Lumding Kharka.
Day 04: Trek to Pokhari camp
From Lumding Kharka, we will trek towards the Pokhari camp viewing the beautiful scenery of the path. The picturesque view of the tail will surely mesmerize many of the fellow trekkers. The trail goes through the forest and verdant meadows to Pokhari camp. The night will be at Pokhari.
Day 05: Pokhari camp to Kangde Ri base camp
From the Pokhari camp, we will make a continuous attempt to climb over to Kangde Ri. The glorious mountains and glaciers are the key things here which will encourage us for the better and further trekking to the base camp of Kangde Ri. We will stay the night at camp.
Day 06: Trek to high camp
From the base camp, we will make a continuous ascent to the height of the Kangde Ri. The trekking to this region is quiet ascending and challenging in the same way. So, we need to acclimatize ourselves at different points to continue our journey without any disturbance. We should climb the path carefully to the high camp of Kangde Ri.
Day 07: High camp to summit and back to the base camp
From the high camp, we will begin our main day of trekking or climbing. We will make a gradual ascent to the top of the mountain. From the summit, we can enjoy the glorious view of panoramic view of the surrounding. The view of Mt. Everest, Mt. Amadablam, Mt. Rolwaling, Mt. Cho Oyu along with many another numerous number of ranges of mountains. We will return the journey back to the base camp as early as possible.
Day 08: Back to Dingboche
After completing our objectives, we will make the return journey through the main trail to Dingboche. The views of mountains will surely compel us to forget the long distance of the trail. We will return viewing the mountain ranges like Mt. Everest, Mt. Amadablam, Cho Oyu and other mountains. The night will be spectacular at Dingboche.
Day 09: Dingboche to Tengboche
After spending a crucial night at Dingboche, we will retrieve our way back to Tengboche. The trail goes downwards offering the best scenarios of the surrounding along with the beautiful settlements of people. We will spend some of our time at exploring around the Tengboche monastery and the settlement around the region. The night will be at Tengboche.
Day 10: Tengboche to Namche Bazaar
From Tengboche, walking through the beautiful valley and meadows, we will return back to Namche Bazaar. We will see some small huts and shepherds houses during the trek. The trekking through this wonderland will be equally interesting and enthusiastic. We will be at Namche within an interval of about 5 to 6 hours. The night will be exhilarating at Namche Bazaar.
Day 11: Namche Bazaar to Lukla
From Namche Bazaar, we will trek through the smooth surface of the Everest region. We will make the journey entertaining by viewing the surrounding area along with interacting with the people. Therefore a relaxed journey of about 6 to 7 hours will guide us to Lukla from Namche Bazaar. The night, we will enjoy the last dinner at the land of Himalayas.
Day 12: Lukla to Kathmandu
From Lukla, we will catch the early flight over to Kathmandu as the climate may become worse later of the day. We will be at Kathmandu within the passage of several minutes. After landing at Kathmandu, we will move towards the hotel room and enjoy the leisure time at Kathmandu. We will have a success party at the night.
Day 13: Farewell
After having a relaxing night at Kathmandu, finally, the day of returning back to our home country and busy schedule has come with the ending of our glittering tour over to the highlands of Nepal. World Sight Journey will organize a small farewell program at the airport and will help for any inconvenience that may arise during the departure. We wish for your better journey ahead.
