Overview
Yala peak climbing is one of the glorious trekking and exhilarating climbing peak of Langtang region. The climbing to this region is specially offered for those who want to spend some of their quality time at the land of Himalayas with some time bound with their holiday schedule. With the simple way, the trekking to this region will provide us the best moments of having an adventure at the high lands of Nepal. The trekking route goes through the beautiful and traditional ethnic community of the region along with the splendid and dense forest of the route. While trekking at this region, we will have the most glittering view of mountain ranges like Langtang Lirung (7246m), Lenpo Gang (7083m), Dorje Lakpa (6990m) along with numerous numbers of beautiful and giant ranges of mountains throughout the region. The climbing to this region will be easier which is said to be nontechnical. Therefore, trekkers who don’t have much more experience in trekking but have an extreme passion to view the glorious view of nature in Nepal shouldn’t miss this type of trekking at the land of Yala peak which will be definitely a lifetime remembering the experience in any trekkers life.
The trekking to this region begins from Kathmandu with a road drive over to Syabrubesi and will follow the trail to Lama hotel, Langtang village, Kyangjin Gompa and finally to the dreamland of Yala Peak base camp following the way to the summit. We will return the way back from the same way as it goes down through the land of Ghora Tabela, Syabrubesi, Dhunche and to Kathmandu. Details Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu
Upon your arrival at Kathmandu at TIA, a representative of World Sight Journey will warmly welcome you to Nepal. She/he will guide you towards the hotel room of Nepal. The day can be either rest day or some sightseeing day of Kathmandu. The night will be at the hotel by discussing the tour and enjoying the delicious dinner.
Day 02: Kathmandu to Syabrubesi
Early morning at Kathmandu, we will pack our necessary things and will move towards the bus stop to catch the bus to Syabrubesi. The road goes for about 7 to 8 hours viewing some spectacular view of the surrounding. It is the starting point of Langtang valley trekking. We can view some of the panoramic views of mountains like Annapurna, Manaslu, Ganesh and another peak of Langtang ranges.
Day 03: Syabrubesi to Lama Hotel
From Syabrubesi, we will have a steep climb over to Lama hotel where we will stay the night. The lama hotel is situated at the altitude of 2748m. The trail initially begins with the crossing of Bhote Koshi river through a suspension bridge. Then the trail passes through the forest of pine, juniper, and many more trees. We will climb until we reach to lama hotel.
Day 04: Lama Hotel to Langtang village
From lama hotel, we will begin our journey following the main trail to the Langtang village. We can get the glimpses of Langtang Mountain during the trekking from a different viewpoint. We will spend some of our valuable time in exploring more around the Langtang village where we may see the cultivated areas where people used to cultivate buckwheat, potatoes, wheat, barley, etc. by enclosing them inside a stone wall area.
Day 05: Trek to Kyangjin
From Langtang village, we will trek towards the Kyangjin. The trail from Langtang gradually climbs up to the small villages and yak pasture land to Kyangjin. We can see a government-operated cheese factory here. We will be delighted to utilize our leisure time to explore around Kyangjin at 3800m.
Day 06: Kyangjin to Yala peak
From Kyangjin Gompa, we will trek towards the dreamland of Yala peak. To reach the Yala peak we will trek through the rocky glaciers trail. We can view the glorious view of mountains during the climb to base camp. The night will be fun indeed while staying at the tented camp at the base camp of Yala peak.
Day 07: Base camp to summit and back to Kyangjin Gompa
Early morning, we will wake up with the enthusiasm to climb over to the beautiful peak of Yala. We will walk until; we reach the summit of the Yala peak. We will see the stunning view of the mountain from the summit. We will return back through the same way viewing the stunning environment of the peak. The night will be at Kyangjin Gompa.
Day 08: Kyangjin to Lama Hotel
From Kyangjin, we will trek further down to Lama hotel viewing the same thing that we have seen while going up but from different prospects. As the trek is down to the lama hotel, we will walk through the Ghodatabela to have our lunch there. After having the lunch, we will continue to Lama hotel for the rest of the night.
Day 09: Lama Hotel to Syabrubesi
After having the breakfast at lama hotel, we will move energetically towards the Syabrubesi. The trekking route goes through the glorious forested area with beautiful flowers and smells coming from them. We will continue our way until we reach to Syabrubesi at 2000m from lama hotel.
Day 10: Syabrubesi to Kathmandu
From Syabrubesi we will catch the returning bus to Kathmandu. The roadway goes for about 7 to 8 hours back to Kathmandu. We will have our lunch on the way back to Kathmandu. The journey of the bus will be remarkable as we can see the beautiful view of surrounding area through the windows of the vehicle. We will be at Kathmandu to stay for the night.
Day 11: Farewell
After having a relaxing night at Kathmandu, finally, the day of returning back to our home country and busy schedule has come with the ending of our glittering tour over to the highlands of Nepal. World Sight Journey will organize a small farewell program at the airport and will help for any inconvenience that may arise during the departure. We wish for your better journey ahead.
